MIssy is quick to respond and has quick turnaround time, but the final product was not 100% what we were looking for. The first order request, Missy's voice was professional, welcoming and cheery, but inflections were in the wrong place. The second order, Missy's voice was professional, but sounded a bit robotic, and not as natural, cheery, or welcoming as the first order. We are going to use the final version of our orders, but may seek to revise them or seek a different provider for a future iteration.
