MIssy is quick to respond and has quick turnaround time, but the final product was not 100% what we were looking for. The first order request, Missy's voice was professional, welcoming and cheery, but inflections were in the wrong place. The second order, Missy's voice was professional, but sounded a bit robotic, and not as natural, cheery, or welcoming as the first order. We are going to use the final version of our orders, but may seek to revise them or seek a different provider for a future iteration.

Great recording as usual. Have used this seller several times now. One gripe: I asked for 1 of the scripts to be repeated, meaning record yourself, then on an audio mixer program, duplicate the recording so it plays twice. I did not receive this and had to take the recording and duplicate it using an online audio mixer. No big deal.
